firm offers development and management consulting services in the following
areas: 1) Engineering and Infrastructure, 2) Social Sectors, and 3)
Environment. Our clientele include significant multilateral and bi-lateral
donor organizations, prominent public sector agencies, and a diverse spectrum

Qualification Requirements
BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering with concentrations in Water
Resources, Structures, or Transportation.
4–5 years of related experience.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
The Office Engineer will be liable and accountable for tasks such as:
Create detailed technical plans for civil infrastructure such as water supply,
sewage, and drainage systems, as well as highways, bridges, and buildings.
Should be able to use appropriate design software for analysis and design.
Should be computer literate and competent to use general purpose applications.
Prepare accurate design drawings, specifications, and
reports, ensuring that all documentation meets project and industry standards,
and keep track of design modifications and updates.
Collaborate with senior design engineers, supervision teams, and other engineers
to integrate civil designs, and attend design reviews, project meetings, and
site visits to track progress and resolve concerns.
Ensure that designs follow codes, standards, and regulations; conduct quality
checks and peer reviews to maintain engineering standards; and contribute to
the creation of organizational design guidelines.
Willing to travel for site inspections and meetings. Capable
of managing many projects in a fast-paced setting.
Collaborate with senior management to assess new prospects and create firm
strategies, such as formal bid plans. Analyze possible opportunities and make
recommendations on whether to pursue them based on organizational capacity and
long-term advantages.
To assist in the drafting of expressions of interest (EOI), as well as
technical and financial proposals for a wide variety of multi-sectoral projects
in both the public and commercial sectors.
