Punjab Human Capital Investment is asking for individual consultants to help vulnerable households in Punjab's designated areas have access to quality health care and socioeconomic programs. These Punjab government employment are managed by the Punjab Social Protection Authority.

Position Description:

The following positions are open:
Senior Program Manager - Must have a Master's degree in a related discipline and at least ten years of experience working on social or economic development initiatives. Must be familiar with government procedures and fluent in spoken and written English, as well as MS Office applications. The estimated monthly pay is PKR 900,000.
Software Engineer – A Master's degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science is required, as well as six years of software development experience, three of which involved SQL Server, ASP.Net C#, Angular/React JS. The estimated monthly compensation is PKR 325,000.

Data Analyst - A Master's degree holder, ideally in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a similar discipline, will work here with at least three years of data analytics expertise using technologies such as Oracle SQL Tableau, etc. Aside from that, they must be familiar with other languages such as Python, R SAS, SPSS STATA Eviews, and so on, in order to better understand what type of analysis is required based on client requirements provided by them during initial meetings held between parties involved prior to beginning any project together, where one party always acts on behalf of the other(s). The estimated monthly salary would not exceed PKR 325000/- alone.
